Ron is a proven leader in digital payments with an impressive track record of growing and scaling financial technology companies.

He spent over a decade at Online Resources (ORCC) in a variety of executive positions including Executive Vice President and General Manager of its Banking division, which provided digital banking and payment services to over 900 banks and credit unions, and their 3 million users. During his tenure, the company grew from $4 million to $160 million in revenue. Most recently, Bergamesca was Chief Marketing Officer at Destination Rewards, an enterprise loyalty company, servicing top-tier companies including Citibank, Verizon Wireless, and Allstate. During his three-year tenure the company grew from $35 million to $85 million.

Prior to joining the financial technology industry, Ron honed his operating and marketing skills at Cendant, where he ran the country’s largest credit card protection program, and as a general manager at MBI, a $350 million direct marketing company, where he was head of each functional areas in his division.

Marcell oversees all of Payveris’ partnership, marketing, account management and operations efforts.

A seasoned payments and banking industry executive, he is responsible for developing, directing and executing the company’s sales and marketing strategies as well as conveying how Payveris completes the connection that brings together financial institutions, consumers and merchants within the digital payments process.

With more than 20 years of FinTech experience, Marcell joined Payveris from InComm, an industry leader in prepaid card and transaction technologies, products and services. At InComm, he served as Vice President of Sales and Promotions for InComm Digital Solutions (formally Giftango) which redefined gifting with their innovative delivery of digital eGift Cards to email, mobile phones and Facebook. In this role, he built, managed and executed InComm Digital Solutions’ global retail sales and product strategy. Marcell has also held senior leadership roles at Amazon.com (Global Gift Card Channel), Open Solutions, Timely Rewards and BankServ. LinkedIn for Marcell King 

Nate is responsible for leading the Payveris technology teams through all aspects of IT, including systems, infrastructure, architecture, and support services. He oversees Payveris’ technology platform with a focus on product development, technology strategy, and R&D.

With a deep background in high volume payments processing, large scale technology platforms, software architecture, and compliance, Nate is a seasoned executive that brings 17 years of industry experience applying best-in-class technology practices, building highly motivated teams, and fostering innovation. Prior to joining Payveris, Nate was VP, Engineering at Clarus Commerce, where he oversaw the company’s engineering teams and led the efforts to develop, launch, and scale their flagship technology platform that served as the cornerstone for the company’s operations and growth. Tim serves as Payveris’ Chief Financial Officer. He is also a Partner and the CFO of Payveris investor, Black Dragon Capital. He is a proven business builder with a track record in growing FinTech, mobile, e-commerce and software businesses as well as broad experience in acquisitions, capital raising and strategy.  

Before joining Payveris, Tim served as Chief Revenue Officer and President of Mobile Commerce and Payment Processing for Net Element, helping build a leading mobile payment business in Eastern Europe and a growing payment processing business in the U.S. Prior to Net Element he was President of Gold Mobile, an early stage mobile firm that offered a mobile wallet solution, customer relationship management (CRM), mobile apps and mobile couponing products. He also acquired and successfully exited a distribution business and led the turnaround of a distressed industrial company.

He began his post-MBA career at McKinsey & Company, Inc., where he consulted on a wide range of strategic and global projects for Fortune 100 clients across a wide range of industries including e-commerce, cable, retail, private equity, food and beverage, and the automotive industry. He was also a Business Unit Manager at General Electric working in various management and technical roles in GE Appliances, GE Transportation Systems and GE Power Systems.

Tim holds a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, a Master of Manufacturing Engineering from the McCormick School of Engineering at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan. LinkedIn fpr Tim Greenfield

Chuck leads Payveris’ Product Management initiatives and activities, with responsibility for enhancing and executing on the company’s vision, and delivering a growing portfolio of innovative and disruptive payment products and services to financial institution clients.

A financial services technologist, Chuck brings to Payveris more than 25 years of experience in product management, business development and product marketing. He has had leadership roles across leading companies in the industry such as FlS, CheckFree/Fiserv, Intuit Financial Services and Bottomline Technologies. He has a proven reputation of applying vision, passion and voice-of-the-customer when defining and executing a strategy to grow and mature a set of digital payments solutions which include: Bill Pay for consumers and small businesses, eBill presentment, Expedited and Real Time Payments, P2P and A2A payment services, plus Fraud Monitoring and Risk Mitigation solutions. As the leader of Payveris’ Sales team, Greg oversees the sales strategy for achievement of global market penetration and industry leadership, including high performance sales and channel teams, strategic partnerships and alliances.

With more than 25 years of expertise, Greg is passionate about the financial industry and he completely understands the challenges that credit unions and banks face today. Leveraging his experience in building successful go-to-market strategies within the digital payments arena, Greg’s leadership delivers results.

Dave oversees the growth and optimization of the Payveris strategic alliance, channel and partnership ecosystem consisting of 20+ of the industry’s most progressive digital banking, core Processing and FinTech companies.

A seasoned payments and digital banking industry executive for more then 20 years, he leverages his deep domain expertise to help bridge the gap between the emerging payments and the ongoing digital transformation movement.  Dave joined Payveris from D3 Banking, an industry leader in digital banking technology for regional banks and has held senior leadership roles at Q2 eBanking and First Data where he served as VP of North American Sales & Channel. LinkedIn for Dave Matthews

Donna serves as Controller for Payveris. With extensive experience in private industry and Big 4 public accounting, she brings a demonstrated track record of leading the preparation and analysis of financial and operational reports, plus proven expertise in driving efficiency and productivity while improving internal controls.

She joins the team from Origin Healthcare Solutions where as their controller she developed and led a skilled financial team including financial and metrics reporting, budgeting and forecasting, cash management, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, risk management, sales & use tax compliance and reporting, and policy development.

Donna has also held key accounting roles at Travelers, United Healthcare, Blue Fox Enterprises, and Women’s Health USA. She began her career at Deloitte. LinkedIn for Donna Duff
